hai all
what does c axis tilted means?
how this results in changing the elastic , piezoelectric and dielectric properties of a particular material ?
if so pls provide those transformable matrics notation ?
hai all,
can anyone help me in finding out the series and parallel resonator frequencies of BVD circuit from the material properties,
thank you ahead ...
hi all,
After designing the SMR in coventorware environment , from the results i am unable to find the series resonance and parallel resonance frequencies , will you please help me in finding out the respective frequencies.
after designing rf switch , which is cantilever based. when conducting TEM (thermo electro mechanical ) analysis , it showing an warning message as follows:
placeq: warning, removing identical quadrilateral panel ,
sir , i got it, now the circuit is functioning well, it is generating a temp independent reference voltage of 0.7v(0.688v) for temp range between 25 to 35 deg celsius of temp.
sir , thank you for ur reply,
i never think of it as trail and error , i have designed the band gap reference circuit in cadence environment, simulation results are as described as above, once showing +ve temp coefficient for some values , for other values showing -ve temp coefficient,
hai all, reference voltage for some values of resistances, and for some proportionate values of width of PMOS (which is @ output of the circuit), increases linearly with temperature , and for some values of resistances and width of output PMOS, reference voltage decreases linearly with...
