I have tried with the 1304 diode, but the circuit having problem with the response time for the switching function.
Could you please help me by sharing the datasheet link for the pin diode having the top marking code of as PD8 or PE8.
Thanks for your help and suggestions.
Thanks for your reply and i have seen the all the PIN diodes datasheet from sky works and iam unable to find the SOT23 package PIN diode with PD8 top marking.
Could you please help me to send the diode partnumber.
I have a shortcircuited (it failed) surface mount component. I'm pretty sure it is a PIN diode and the package will be SOT23 3-pin.It´s associated to the RF switching circuitry.
Any body can help me to identity the part number for this below PIN diode marked as PD8
Iam using orcad 16.0 version.I obtain the following session log error when i tried to create netlist from Orcad Capture to be used by PCB Editor for layout.I can able to get netlist files but it can't update in PCB editor.I getting following netlist files.
1) pstxnet.dat
2) pstxprt.dat

Hi,
Iam designing Dual mode Oscillator using SC-CUT crystal in C-mode.I have two frequencies ie.,one is direct 3rd overtone 10.000 500 MHz and another one is fundamental frequency x3 (3.333 000MHz x 3 = 9.999 999MHz).
I want to mix these two frequencies and i need beat...
Hi All,
We are trying to make 700MHz sine output from 700MHz CMOS output. We want make this in small package. Is it possible to convert 700MHz ( High Freq) signal in to sine by using simple LPF?Is there any method to convert this in to pure sine?
