Could you give me some reference paper, only the title is ok
thanks
Sencondly, mirrored the output stage current is a good way, but it will source a constant current during normal operation state, it waste power consumption. Any other ideas? thanks
about overcurrent
Could someone give me some advices for how to design a overcurrent(or short circuit) protection circuit for power amplifier IC's output stage. I use the pseudo source follower output stage.

can someone help me? Thanks a lot
The issue is mentioned only for simulation, how to simulate the DR(dynamica range)? should it refered to the THD or SNR?( in other word, what kind of simulation should be used , transient analysis+fft or noise analysis?)
Thanks
Hi, all
What is the mean of Dynamic range(condition: -60dB FS@1KHz, extrapolated to full scale), how to simulate it? need refer to THD or SNR?
Another question, about THD(condition: -6dB FS@1KHz), after getting a THD by inputting a half swing signal, then need adding additional 6dB to this...
hi, thanks for your reply
but I want to know why they give me the FM deviation data, what difference exits between FM deviation and phase noise? I mean in what situation we should test FM deviation, in what situation we could get phase noise directly! Could anyone introduce something about how...
phase noise agilent dicriminator
Hi everyone:
anyone kowns the relationship between FM deviation and phase noise? What mean is FM deviation data during testing PLL using spectrum analyzer? If i have FM deviation data, how could i get phase noise data?
thanks a lot!
I don't know how the load affect the circuit. the output of buffer is connected to pad.
Added after 54 minutes:
because i need to test the signal from the output of the buffer, actually, this output is connected to the input of the offchip filter, I have tried to disconnect it with the...
Thanks man!
My VCO's working frequency range is 450MHz to 950MHz, but the buffer seems to be damaged when the frequency is up to 700MHz.
The buffer circuit is attached here. The two input is from the output of VCO, they are differential, and the dc level is VDD/2. The capacitor is composed of...
has anyone seen the LCVCO output buffer? it's function is converting differential output of LCVCO to single one, then the single output is connected to following filter. this buffer must keep the sinewave. My buffer damaged the wave.
could anyone can give me some reference paper about this? or...
thanks for your help!!
the two project is different, but for one type RFID, i just want to know their input impedance. the layout 2 can be defined as differential port type, but the layout1 can't , there is always an error!
and i want to know, which port type should i define so that i can get...
dipole rfid 900mhz
hi guys
i have confused by setuping port type in ADS momentum. by help document, i can define the port as differential type , and associate each other. but i can't do it with my dipole antenna, illustrating as following:
i can simulate it with internal port type, but i...
