In Lib Edit of Orcad 10, It have function for create automatic the geometry. The best way is reading document and build it for yourself. Or using the Mentor Pads PowerPCB. it have a lot of Footprint have already support on PCBExpress.

You can search on this Site for document materials, and Address to download software, however. Mentor Board Station is very complicated, so I recommend that you should try Cadence Allegro 15.
