    is second harmonic practically zero

    Possible direct connect CT(current transformer)

    Re: CT(current transformer) Hi Navni, Since The CT o/p voltage is very low in the order of milli Amps , u need to have an amplifier ckt and a low pass filter before u interface the signal with ADC port of Microcontroller.

    Voltage multiplier circuit for pulsed DC i/p voltage ??

    How to convert a spark i/p voltage(1kV dc) to high dc voltage(around 5kV).. I have tried using basic multiplier circuits (Diode & Capacitor combinations),but i didn't get the required o/p. If the i/p is AC then we can use basic multipliers but what if i/p is PULSE signal? Please help me out.

    High voltage capacitors problems??? sir, please help me out . I m using 3300/6600 pF 3kV CAPACITORS. the input vlg is spark type high voltage i/p.. how cum we knw that these caps still work in high vlg with same charge holding capacity?? Is ESR of cap's really matters..??
