i need optoisolator for my circuit design,i do need the input as the neon bulb and the out put anything,transitors or triac or....i do care about the input becaus i have ac voltege and around 90v ac.

i do need a relay the turn ON when the voltege is 110v ac if its above 140v ac ,this relay should turn OFF,not burn.i want this relay turn on when the voltege is between 100v and140v
pleas if anyone know about it send me the link or the adea you have.
