    Positive Gate Voltage to N-JFET

    What happens when positive gate voltage is applied to N-JFET?.. while applying a -gate voltage it reduces the pinch of voltage as it helps in increasing the depletion region?.. but what about gate voltage being positive? will it not suppress the depletion and increase the pinch off?

    this is the problem because you are using the waveport perhaps. this doesn't works inside the boundary. so your waveport should be just outside the radiation boundary.

    I have made an PIFA antenna with ground plane, substrate and patch. i have shorted the patch the ground plane and attached a feedline to it. i am confused now how to assign port excitation. whether it should be lumped or wave? how to ensure the area of excitation. please help..
