The problem is, i have already fabricated my PCB with gold track. i thought the ADG3308 circuit should be straight forward just like any other 74 series.
I append my circuit and signal response as below. D15 was injected with 3.3V pulses from DSP (Blue). The output is in Red was from Spare4 line.
Q1) Why the ouput pulses does not settle to 0 Volt? Is my circuit correct?

one way to solve noise issue:
1) place larger capacitance coupling at the power supply i.e.100uF parallel with your 5V. it will absorb noise from the line.
2) make pcb and use ground plane.
3) dont place near ac line because you supposed not to placed uc near the ac lines. EMI...
