I am new to this forrum. for the last 2 months i am working on IE3D for the design and simulation of planar inductor and I am fabricating the device too.
I want to know why the simulator is taking so much time to simulate my design at higher frequencies of meshing.

we can use sonnetlite but the problem with it is limited to 16 MB files upon registering because it is free and if your device is frequency dependent and you want to simulate at higher frequency it is impossible to use sonnet lite and it also limits the design to single...
