i need tsmc 018u design kit version 3.3 to use it in agilent ads.
can any body help me?
there is version 2 of tsmc 018u version 2 in edaboard 's database,but ineed version 3.3.

i want to simulate an oscillator by ads which i designed it with bjt transistors.
but ads can not recognize it.can every one tell me how I can solve this problem?

i have designed a vco in tsmc 0.18u version2
when i analyze it to obtain phase noise whith hb-simulation it report this problem:
Warning detected by hpeesofsim in frequency search during HB analysis `HB1'.
Circuit is stable. No zero phase crossings of the injected current were
found...

it is synchronous DRAM and uses the clock of bus to synchronize with CPU you can use wikipedia to get a simple definition of it's work and more useful links:

What is the difference between AT29C010 and AT29C010A ?
can I use one in place of the other ?
they have two datasheet files but pins and descriptions are exactly the same.
what "A" means in AT29C010A?
