Hi, Its been quite a while since I posted here..
Can anyone help me in my current problem, I have an electric power meter, after calibration (3 months) it failed... it uses ADE7755..
I will be doing some reliability testing on it in a couple of weeks and I need to know more...

What is really the reason for adding soldermask expansion? and what is the tolerance?

We where able to use their product and its very much better as compared to the one being offered by maxim... actually if you go to maxim (dalsemi) they will give their product to you as an exact subtitute for the datadelay devices.
