Re: CMOS
I think this is a good book but it is not focused toward the design of microelectronic circuits and doesn't explain the techniques that actually are being used. However, the new edition (fifth edition) is very good and explain everything about the design of IC's.
Analysis and design...
O.k. thanks. I saw some of philips microcontrollers and the SL811HS. I read in some paper this about it: "The host/slave functionality provides support for both full and low speed devices in host mode and the SL811HS/T switches automatically to slave mode when a connection to a USB host is...
However, the designer usually prefer a folded cascode because it allow to implement a lower power supply even when the output swing still good (but is the technology of the transistor mainly that allows to lower porwer supply because the threshold voltage goes down).
An input folded cascode has a better output swing but it has a lower bandwith, larger power consumption, bigger IC area and lower gain than a NMOS telescopic cascode.
This you can find it in the book "Análisis and desig of analog integrated circuits" by Gray and Meyer and ...
Re: rail to rail
Hello
I think that you can use a charge pump to improve your desing. Using this technique you can provides the local supply voltage for the input differential pair, so the input signal can swing between the rails (rail to rail).
I have a paper that explain this technique and...
Hello:
I'm trying to control a device from the pc using C++ and USB protocol. Could anyone tell me what is the windows API for USB?.
I'll be grateful for your information.
Thanks
Hello:
I'm working in a proyect and I need to use an USB Host controller. I need to conect it into a ucontroller but I have to use the minimum number of pines to conect them. Could somebody tell me which is the best controller in the market (cypress or philips or which)?.
Is better to use an...
