atom,
I connected two bulbs as u drawn (both are 5W 230V), and one 5W bulb across the load instead of 1k resistor.
-I connected the multimeter across load
-CRO from Q3, Q5 drain to ground
when the DC-DC converter begins (with out Hbridge), nearest 400V is getting on CRO..
after 10s Hbridge...
there is nothing wrong, i can sea in ur pcb...
it depends on how you process pcb...if it is by simple method it will be defficult.. for that u need to increase the line width, min. distance betn. line pad, pad length and width .also use single side..
i connected 2 5w bulb in series with Mvolt...
then it blinks strongly...
after repeating the testing with defferent values of CB and Rgs.. I got many mistakes.. but atlast when I removed the CRO from testing the blinking stoped and I placed 47uF/35V as CB and 1K as Rgs.. but I am getting only...
-no i didnt connect LC filter
i had checked h bridge with 400v dc, and that time total supply shorts anf mofet burns
- i am using unipolar independeny scheme..
i.e. for 10 ms 30khz applied is applied to Q3, Q6 is full on and after 10ms Q3,Q6 off then dead time, (1ms. for testing) then for next...
ok,
But I make all 4 MOSFET IRF830 (same as in circuit), cecked DC-DC converter (getting 400V, with LED as load) , checked DC-AC converter using 12VDC, getting an AC without filtering... and when I connected dc-dc output to mosfet voltage the same thing happened only after 10s (10s, because...
Re: RS232 and USB interfacing wit at89c51
hai,
i think u want to interface your microcontroller with ur PC, but your PC doesn't have a COM port (RS232), is that right?
if so, U need to add a bridge between PC and your microcontroller (USB to RS232 bride, board is available or u can make ur...
hai,
what proplem? u didnt specify....
- if u are getting garbage values, .... s is pointer, so TXREG=s will load the address,
so change to, TXREG=*s am I right?
Ratheesh
jean, your driver out is correct, if u are not getting across load, there may be some thing wrong in driver circuit..
-please show the full circuit
-and wave form across load...
I cannot understand why u said, wrong signal.. in the output of driver for high side u are getting 50hz and low side u are getting SPWM (50 hz with carrieer 16Khz) am I right...?, also in the next driver also u are geting same signal...... I think this is what we need
- did u connect these...
jean,
In my circuit I tied microcontroller gnd, driver gnd and Mosfet voltage together, is ther any fault..
what about your connection... in your attached file I can only see the bitmap image.. that is not complete....
please tell me about the gnd connection.....
