    An image-reject filter can not be simulated in hspice - why?

    image reject in hspice I designed a image-reject filter. The ac performance is checked by spectry but can not be simulated in HSPICE. Could anyone help me and tell me the reason? Is there any special statement which should be written into .SP file?

    Re: energy in the capacitor If there is no loop, the charges will never move. According to Maxwell equation, changed current in a loop will introduce magnetic change. That will disppate energe.

    Thank you for your reply. You mean the relays reduce the transient change at the output, don't you? Is the output an AC-coupled one? What is the level of pop/click noise in your amp?
