Hi All,
I want to design a low pass filter for receiver, but I do not know how to think about the phase delay?
Could anybody give me some hits?
Thank you in advance.
Rachel
ldo output cap
Thank you.
The role fo output capacitor, as you said, is to make the loop stable, and to reduce the ripple voltage at output.
If the structure of the loop is changed, such as the pass transistor is NMOST and the compensation is realized in the error amplifier, the output...
image reject in hspice
I designed a image-reject filter. The ac performance is checked by spectry but can not be simulated in HSPICE. Could anyone help me and tell me the reason? Is there any special statement which should be written into .SP file?
How could I use capacitor model in netlist?
The capacitor is described in model file as follows:
.lib cap
.subckt mim 1 2 mim_length=10u mim_width=10u
.param .......
......
cap 1 2 c="#expression"
.ends mim
.endl cap
Re: Question about LDO and Bandgap Reference help me if u ca
negative feedback is necessary when connected and loop gain is important.
BTW, how could you make sure weak inversed MOSTs work well? Could the process do it?
charge pump provides negative supply voltage and improves the performance of class-ab including the output power. MAXIM presents its document. you could load it from its website.
Re: energy in the capacitor
If there is no loop, the charges will never move. According to Maxwell equation, changed current in a loop will introduce magnetic change. That will disppate energe.
Thank you for your reply.
You mean the relays reduce the transient change at the output, don't you? Is the output an AC-coupled one? What is the level of pop/click noise in your amp?
