Dear all,
I am using tsmc18rf library for desinging my circuit n Cadence. I want to put I/O Vdd and Gnd pads in my layout, but I can not find them in my library. Should I install another Library for pads?
Does anyone have the above menteiond library?

does anybody know how to model a simple switch in simulnik? or which part is appropriate for this purpose?
in fact i want to model a sampler between a continuous time and discrete parts of a modulator, like in attached file.
