Thanx to you all. I have attached a document with a circuit that I want to use to charge series 2x9V 250mA Ni-MH batteries. So please help me with any additions or subtractions to the circuit. I want a charging system with MPPT and which can stop charging when the batteries are full.
I want to design an inductor that will work perfectly at low frequency range say 200- 400 khz as a filter. so do I just need to take a core and a wire and start to make my windings or the is a lot of things to be considered first. Please help

I would like to measure the voltage and the current from the solar using a micro-controller. For the voltage measurement I'm going to use a potential divider but for measuring current I don't know how to really connect the circuit so as to sense that current. Please help with a circuit schematic...
Have you tested for continuity between the two switches. Or try open the second switch to see if the conductors are tightly connected to that switch. But I suspect that there is a broken conductor between the two switches
Yes it detects Radio frequency statics, I'm going to try that and observe the results. So in terms of the antenna, I was thinking of using a telescopic antenna for demonstration. Will this antenna work properly for detection of those statics.
The processor (CPU) clock speed is calculated in hertz (Hz), and it reflects the number of cycles per second the processor performs. To calculaate the pwriod use the formular T = 1/f. in your case T = 3.125ns
