I need to design a SMPS with 5V dc Output with 2A Current ratings .
And i have a doubt how we are determing the Current Ratings and How we are Achieving it.
By Use of Transformer what we are using in design or Some other Components ?

Please check the connections indivally by connecting a common terminal to ground and Supply to the Each LED . So that u can able to view the display whether working or not.
Note: Please check whether its COMMON ANODE OR COMMON CATHODE.

Use of the Relays Depends upon the driving Ampere rating of the Load. So choose the adequate relay to drive the load without any chattering. & Use the POwer driving for the relays too using the ULN2803 etc.

U Need to get the ZCD for Voltage & Current in External Interrupt Mode. From that using Timer u can Calculate the Power Factor.

First u need to Program The Microcontroller and Need to interface the MAX 232 Converter to convert the MAX232 to TTL Logic. So that the Microcontroller knows what instructions is coming from Keyboard
