do you mean an op amp‘s original input impedance ?they are not calculated but born. generally the input impedance of an op amp made in FET technology is high and in BJT is low about several MΩ

yes ,generally we can set the output of adjustable regulators by a variable resistor.like LM337 or LM337,they are easily to be used,you can look up their datesheets for more information.
