Excuse if i post a duplicated question. I did look for the Tools to write a Skill in Cadence Allegro but almost are using Skill Development Tool which providing with license.
I am using cr*ck version that seems not supporting Skill tools. So can you please help to let me know...
Re: Flip drill
The purpose is not different from normal drilling, the flip-drilling is just applied when the ratio between PCB thickness and drill size is over fabricator capability, I mean sometimes we have to use smaller drill size (for BGA,…) than usual that may cause breaking up drill...
As far as i know, we dont have any other way to count how many Ref-Des (in Pads 2005). Can i know your purpose why you have to to do this ?
In via count, just only way to see via count as i mentioned above (in Pads 2005).
Go to File/Report/Statistics to see Via Count. About Silkscreen, i guess you are mentioning to Ref-Des ? if so, just fill "Label" in filter properties, then select the whole Board, the parts which have Ref-des Silkscrrem will be higlighted.
