hi,
i've simulated some radiation pattern using IE3D.
Can anyone explain to me why i got this kind of radiation pattern?
and is the radiation pattern ok??
i'm designing PIFA
best software for antenna design
depends on wat type of antenna that u wanna simulate...
like planar antennas, u can use IE3D..
i use it for my pifa antennas..
really good
hi all,
the design i have here is a pifa design for 900&1800mhz
the return loss is quite ok
but i couldn't get good bandwidth for it..
can anyone help me out? urgent!!!!!!!!!
thanks for saving my life...
pifa bandwidth
hi,
i have a design here for 900Mhz and 1800Mhz.. but i can't get the sufficient bandwidth required for GSM900 and GSM1800..
can anyone tell me how can i improve that???
and why normally i can only get good return loss for one frequency band only? and the other one will be a lot...
Dear all,
i need a pifa design for 1.8Ghz. by using the formula f=c/4(w+l) , i tried the dimensions of 30mmx10mm. i've varied the dimensions and tried it all using IE3D. But i still can't get it at 1.8GHz...
anyone can help me? thanks.....
regards,
penny...
Hi Jian,
I've done a simulation on a PIFA using IE3D.. but i'm not sure whether i get all the settings correct.
How do i enter the values for generating radiation pattern?
Thanks a lot.!!
Regards,
Penny
gsm compact et design
thanks..
is there any way to tune the PIFA?? any equations?
coz i got some designs from some papers..
but i need to modify abit to suit my application..
