I'm found PSA2701T in Farnell, and price is about 2000€.

I'm starting few project which include Rf MCU(eg RfPIC, CC430FXXX at 868MHz), and 3G GSM modems...
I need test equipment for measuring RF output, from boards, and antennas, and EMI for preliminary test for CE/EMC/etc...
Can some one recommend me some test equipment?
I found couple...
I've done a similar thing with a PIC and SIM900D
I checked whether it is connected to the GPRS, with AT command "AT + CGATT?".
If not connected, then I sent AT + CIPSHUT, and then AT + CSTT ="... etc.
Try this:
AT+CGATT=0 ' detach from gprs,
AT+CGATT=1' attach again
You get this error because you have already launched a wireless application on modem.
If you only need to send more stuff on the PC without changing IP addresses, try this:
First time:
AT+CREG=1 --> answer: ok
AT+CSNS=4 -->...
