hi im doing my final project on security system of ATM machine and im using keil microvision4 to develop c code but it gives the fallawing warning messages

I have a Dell laptop with Windows 7 home.
When the power is turned on it will only display the Dell screen and gives me two options
start windows normally and repair system (recommended). when i click on the first option
the loading bar only goes to half way and stops and the window turns black...
