Thanks for your info. Let me explain more, I have taped-out a passive component and I would like to de-embed the PADS effect. I have also taped-out an OPEN, SHORT, and THRU of the DUT structure. How can I perform de-embedding?

Thanks for your reply Volker. There is slightly difference when we have a look at RLGC file at 1GHz and the plotted equation e.g Inductance. Is it because the equation is calculated based on PI model?
