Resistive touch screen
I need to make a custom 5 wire resistive touch screen contoller board, and looking for info on how to do this: interface to a PC should be in PS2 and or USB style. Any help will be valuable. I'm considering outsourcing part of the project too. :)
LED cluster power supply
I'm designing a led cluster (panel) using 3600mcd blu leds, in rows of 14. Can you suggest a way to obtain good led current control? I need to change the cluster luminosity level too, so I'm supposing to control leds via pwm, but I'm looking for other solutions too ...
So this is why frequency doesn't appear in Protel DXP formulas to calculate track impedance? And where can I find Er values for various materials (FR4, FR5...)?
I'm Protel DXP user and need some info about Impedance-Controlled Routing. I'm at my first experience with this routing constraint, and this
make things more difficult to me too of course... :)
I understand I can set the min - max preferred characteristic impedance value Z0, in the...
Re: PC Keyboard at bootstrap
PC motherboard boots normally without any device attached. It locks with my interface. The interface sinks 22.5mA max. clock and data are configured open collector high. Now I'll check with a logic analizer and let you know. Thanks! :winks:
Re: PC Keyboard at bootstrap
Infact it should work as code follows keyboard protocol specs. Anyway if I disable keyboard test in the bios, the PC should go on as if there isn't any keyboard... :( In the AT reference manual, or other doc, is stated how much current a keyboard can sink from the...
PC Keyboard at bootstrap
I'm interfacing a device acting as an AT keyboard to a PC.
After reading all the docs I was able to find on the 'net I've made a board with a micro that try to emulate a pc at keyboard. The circuit and program seems to work, except for the emulated keyboard at PC...

Re: No one know how to make our own ICD2 like ICD1 in the pa
My test was done after downloading ICD-S from that link, and with that update date.
I've an ICD1 with 16LF876 running at 3.68MHz... which firmware can I use? I think the ccsicd.hex and not the ccsicd20.hex, right? Can I change the...
smartcard source code
For this task you can get developers kit that let you work with a level of abstraction. Try to search and contact Schlumberger, Gemplus etc.
iso7816 source code
So do you already have the hardware interface and need to write some software? Well what kind of smartcard you're talking about? a memory card or a micro based one? and from which manufacturer? :)
micro based smartcards communicate via serial asynch: you talk to them as...
Re: No one know how to make our own ICD2 like ICD1 in the pa
Is there anyone that use ICD1 with CCS firmware / ide succesfully? With wich firmware/C version? My objective was to use ICD1 upgraded with CCS firmware to program/debug 16F877A and 18F242 PICs
