hi
the cylinder is a hollow cylinder with fr4 substrate and outer layer ground. the microstrip is in the inner side of the cylinder, running parallel along the cylinder.
hi
may i know how to feed a microstrip in a cylinder?Should I use waveport or lumped port?and also what is the shape of the port since the microstrip is on a cylindrical substrate?
Re: How to design slotted waveguide array
Hi im also interested to find out the theoretical way of calculating the size and length of slots in a circular slot waveguide, and the waveguide equivalent circuit showing the impedance of the slots.
Is there any revelant books or websites i can start...
hi
im quite new to hfss and got a few questions here
how can i excite a tm01 mode in a circular waveguide using hfss?
I have tried setting both ends to waveport but Im not sure of what to do next
can anyone pls enlighten me?
te01 mode
hi all
i'm simulating a circular waveguide using hfss that has a T slot in order to generate a circular polarized wave. However I need 2 excitations that can excite both slots. I'm thinking of using TE01 and TM01 mode to do so. However i have read that it is nearly impossible to...
