Could any one introduce an evaluation board containing spartan 3 fpga,2 analog to digital converter (minimum: 12 bit/4 Msps) and gigabit ethernet connection?

I successfully programmed the dds core and it has copabilities frther than only 16 channels.
The only thing it requires is precisely working with "we", "address" and "data" inputs.
I'm using xilinx dds core in a spartan3 fpga.
I have already make a signal with a desired frequency.
since I change the valuse of "A", "DATA" and "WE" inputs in my VHDL code the output frequency does not changes.
how could I make the output frequency to sweep?

1- unfortunately the Wireshark you have introduced is suitble only for LAN networks.
2-2400 buaud is sufficient for my embedded device.

I need to extract data not the voice.
The point you mentioned is regard to:
(Record phone calls to MP3 or WAV!)
which is possible as:
(Recording from data modem is possible (you will need to physically connect your phone line and sound card).)
