    how to enter drawing from data file in HFSS

    I think you can just import any cad drawing into HFSS by going to the Modeler tab and choose import. I know for sure you can import dxf files.

    SIGE HBT BJT Frequency multiplier and AWR

    bjt frequency multiplier Yes, I am using the modelitic library on AWR. The active bias network is just a regular pnp. Added after 18 minutes: I just need an example with any BJT. I never dealt with Nonlinear simulation before and AWR. Im use to ADS. But, I am required to use AWR for this...
