You can make a nice UART or USB based interface with Labview for ur PIC MCU...but if u want to do graphical programming for ur PIC then I dnt think its possible...try sqitching to ARM cores..Labview has lots of support for ARM... btw...have you tried Flowcode for PIC...its a graphical...
