Dear All,
We are using ATMEGA128-16AU from last 1 year. We were using ATMEGA128-16AU 0902 . 0902 is data code or batch number.
ICs with data code 0902 works well in our board. Operating conditions are:
1.Freq-11.0592MHz, Cap 22pF
2. Supply Voltage:5V +/-0.05V

if V is OVERFLOW flag? then ur assumption seems to be wrong. you are assigning value of CARRY to Overflow, OVERFLOW and CY are littlebit different while dealing with signed and unsigned nos. In microprocessor or controller (8 bit), if you are doing unsigned nos addition, carry-put...

∞ i/p impedance means it wont load its previous stage........if the input impedance is low or zero, it will cause to draw more current from the previous stage/connected i/p source........so its quite imp to hv very high i/p impedance for any circuit/instrument.

MOS is always faster than BJT, thats why all latest processor are based on CMOS technology, or some on Hybrid MOS..........so its very clear due to very low switching time of MOS that MOS is always faster than BJT.

i want to design a timer having ON period=30 seconds to 1.5 minutes variable......and OFF period also variable from 2 minutes to 5 minutes........
