I am using a IR remote control with 56Khz carrier frequency will it work on another devise which have same system code with key code but carrier frequency is change it is 38khz kindly give your feedback .

Thanks for your reply, actualy i want to use dual color led in a IR remote control and you know that in IR remote control we use 3v battery so is there any special specification required for dual color SMD led for remote.

when i operating set top box with ir remote control then remote hangs for a few minute and some time channel jumps where is the problem either in STB or remote?

i m designing single sided pcb for a remote control for a tv. so is there any relation between carbon tracks length and r current flowing in ckt if there any formula for calculate carbon vale for proper current flowing on ckt. so pls help me.
