EMI simulation
I'm trying to simulate conducted emission in 3-phase water heater. Can you advise what program to use and how to start with it?
How accurate the simulation can be. Is it make any sens to simulate. Maybe i should rather measure (but how to do this without equipment)?

Voltage has nothing to do with track width. For calculating track width's I use this program:

Voltage is important for calculating track to track spacing and in my opinion it will be ok to use 1mm/100V spacing.

I don't recommend using LM335 sensor in your application.
Manufacturers say LM335 have 1 degree accuracy but i took two sensors from different series and temperature they show differs 2-3 C
