hi
I tried to simulate a circuit including a voltage source model that written by myself. I added the model name and the simulation information in CDF.
There is an error(Could not fing netlist procedure: SpectreSrcPrim instance"vsrc"...) when i create the netlist.
Anybody can help me?
thanks
yes, there is a primitive view in my analoglib and i use the symbol in analoglib.
but i want to create a new one based on it , because i need to simulate my circuit with parameter variation of these voltage sources using monte carlo analysis. there is no model name blank in CDF of the...
I established a voltage source model(named vsrc) based on the standard voltage source model(vsource) in cadence. I want to use it in my monte carlo analysis. But there in no model name in CDF of vsource, so my new model could not be found by .scs file. when the netlist is created, voltage...
I created a mos model by veriloga.
The model name is mosmodel. Then i created a .scs file to overwrite the parameters in that mos model.
When i tried to simulate a circuit , I got the errors.
ERROR (SFE-23): "....../mos6013.scs" 7: The primitive 'mosmodel' could not be found when attempting to...
hello,
I am just a beginner in this field. I am trying to learn how to use monte carlo analysis. I created an inverter by using symbol nmos4 and pmos4. Then i wrote a .scs file based on mos1. I don't care if the parameter variation(vto) is reasonable. I just want to see the spreading of the...
