Thank You very much friend,
I want to do image segmentation. By applying wavelet transform for one image, we apply segmentation for subbands. To get good results, we hav to reconstruct the original image. By doin this we can improve the performance. Am I right?
Once again thanks for ur...
Hai Friends,
I’m having some basic doubts in image transforms.
• What is the difference between processing of original image and transformed image?
• If we are doing segmentation means , What is the difference between segmentation of original image and wavelet transformed image (subbands...
Plz anybody tell me about the 'frequency partitioned map' or 'Directional partitioning' in Directional Filter Bank Structures.
Is that simply the frequency domain version of one image or anything else?
U can get the inverse of one matrix by a basic mathematical formula. U can refer that formula in basic mathematics books.
inverse(M)= (1/adj(M))* .....
I don't know the correct formula.
Then by ordinary matrix multiplication u can get the result...
Anybody knows about diamond conversion matrices in image processing? These matrices convert the diamond shaped passband into parallelogram passband. I want to know the procedure to convert the passband. If anybody knows, plz help me. Thanks in advance!
Image processing
Hai Friends,
Please tell me about Directional fiter banks in Image Processing. I'm a beginner of this. Eagerly waiting for your replies.
Thanks in advance!
That is not my doubt. If we want to downsample an image by means of one matrix means, what should we do? Anything like matrix multiplication or convolution? Thank u for ur response and please try to solve my doubt.
Hai friends,
I have one doubt in Image downsampling. If we want to downsample an image by a factor 2, the alternative rows and columns will be taken. But if we want to downsample the image by a matrix(for example 2 cross 2 matrix), what should we do? Is similar to that of convolution? Plz...
Hai Friends,
I'm havin a doubt n downsampling of an image using Quincunx matrix. In one IEEE paper I have read that when downsampling of an image using Quincunx matrix the resultant image is downsampled and rotated by 45 degrees. I got the downsampled image, but it didn't get rotated...
Re: Image processing
Thank u very much Sir,
I don't have that material. I'm trying to download it. I have read about downsampling of images using Quincunx matrices. The resultant image is downsampled and also rotated by 45 degrees. Do you that procedure? In my procedure the image...
