Re: IC power driving
Thanks for your suggestions; unfortunately i can't have that book...
I'm actually trying to use a folded cascode with a class AB output buffer to drive the large power DMOS (found in Baker famous book "CMOS, circuit design layout, and simulation" and in Camenzind "Designing...
IC power driving
Hi,
Could someone suggest me some good readings on driving a large capacitive load in IC?
Explain: I need to drive a very large power DMOS in a well controlled manner
such that I can turn on and off the very large power DMOS (equivalent to 300pF capacitive load
in worste...
Re: analog test
I know i can find all topics of all matters in the hundreds of books i have, but this was not the spirit i posted the test with. I'd like only to see how people approach those simple questions, basing on experience or way to see things.
Have a nice day!
analog test
Hi,
I' d like to have your answers to a test on analog design that was submitted to me:
1- In a single stage amplifier, increasing the loading capacitor improve or not closed loop stability?
2- In a single stage amplifier, how bias current influence the gain?
3- How to reduce...
HI,
A good way to simulate open loop gain is to break the loop with an LC filter or an RC filter. It gives good results (to verify with closed-loop simulation), but give attention to load effect where you break the loop.
Bye.
hi, goodboy
thanks for the interesting infos. I'm trying to deep inside CAD modelization and this proves useful to me. Maybe you could give me some advice about managing convergence issues in DC and TRANSIENT SPICE simulations; i'll appeciate that.
Enjoy yourself!
Well , i found once a document listing parameters equivalence between Hspice level 47 and pspice level 7 (or 9, i don't remember exactly) mos models. I thought there was similar documents for other models. As just you say each model has its characteristics; my intention was to find equivalence...
mosfet modeling
Hi all,
I'm using at the moment different types of simulators (Pspice, eldo, Hspice) for my projects, and every one has its own models for active devices modeling. Someone knows if there is a tool or a method to convert models from a simulator to another; in particular, i'm...
datasheet request
Hi all. I'm looking for Siemens tda6200 datasheet desperately. It's an obsolete component mounted on a sony TV  . Could someone help me?
