Could you please help me on the derriavation of offset and amplitude formula being used in the computation of ADC INL and DNL using code density testing.
The formula is in the attached file.

Hi Danny,
The sinewave input on ADC when doing code density testing is being ovedriven/overranged to ensure all codes will be tested. This means a larger hits for "all 1's" (max) and "all 0's". If you will graph the histogram not removing the all 1's and all 0's, you will see a huge amplitude...

I need to derive a formula for computing an area of a segment within a sine wave.
Given the length of chord (X) and wavelength (Z), how would I get the area of segment A. Many thanks in advance for any help.
