    DRV10983 not giving 5V

Hi Klaus Now am getting 5V after putting right inductor what they suggested in datasheet , after thet the issue is now my I2C read action is not respoding properly ... when i do write it is giving proper ACK ,,, after that if read same register data back it is showing 00 and same time...

    DRV10983 not giving 5V

Thanks for your valuable information ... Attached PCB layout load current is only for PIC16F chip + IR sensor (dont worry about load current becuase same circuit is supporting other old DRV chip which is already EERPOM programed ) if default voltage is 3.3V then i dont know why the DRV chip...

    DRV10983 not giving 5V

Please see the attached pic ,, i didnt do any internal EEPROM confiugartion . my plan was to configure DRV EEPROM with PIC16F676 through I2C but PIC16F chip is not loading and voltage is driping when i connect PIC chip ... same circuit is working with my old DRV10983 chip (which was already...

    DRV10983 not giving 5V

Am using DRV10983 BLDC driver chip from TI . when i used new chip which is giving 5V as output but when i connect PIC16F676 on this 5V buck line voltage is dripping . am havin one more chip which was already used in working product which is giving 5V and can able to connect PIC16F676 . Do i...

    Servo controller typology

I build servo controller with two type of topology , i have few questions 1. -series transformer in first topology (auto trfmr is at output)is taking more current than 2nd(auto trfmr is at input) with same load and voltage. But which is giving rated output regulated voltage 230v from lower...

    Transformer copper design

Hi Assume I have 1kv transformer for 250v/4A input and out put is 100v;10A. Can I load 50V/20A , here power rating is same. If no , at what base transformer load has to given , power base or current base,? If current base how can I select max rated current ?

Stepper motor taking too much current

if 5ms per pulse [5ms per 1.8Deg] ie so totaly 200pulse /sec ie 200pulse means one complete revolution [380/1.8=200pulse] So 200pulse /Sec means one revolution per sec that means 60 Revolution per Minute [RPM]] is coming when pulse rate is 5ms , it is not 15RPM please verify [for making...

Stepper motor taking too much current

so how can we acheive this issue acceleration and deceleration ramps ? do i need to use constant current source? So i can do send a PWM high frequancy modulated wave with different duty along the the seaquance signal , right?

Stepper motor taking too much current

Hi all Thanks for valuable feed back ,, the issue is solved , issue was wrong pulse sequence , now working well, but it is reach maximum seed as only 60RPM[5ms gap between each pulse] when i increase , then steps are missing and slowing down with highly vibration sound same time current is...

Stepper motor taking too much current

so i think i need keep on read current through shunt res ? and need to contrlo through PWM right?

Stepper motor taking too much current

yes you are correct , Can you provide any constent current source circuit for this application ? by using MOSFET and no need any inbuild driver chip .

Stepper motor taking too much current

am sending full drive signal ,,, if the signal sequance is not correct then also how the motor taking high current and over heat [wire got burned] , powered from 100Ah 12v battery

Stepper motor taking too much current

Hi am using unipolar stepper motor by using 4 NMOS chip each source connected to ground and each drain connected to corresponding coil and gate from Microcontroller .and common connected to 12v . i dont know the rated current /voltage of this motor , but i measured the coil resistance [common to...
