Has somebody used papcb for PCB production ? This is chinese company and offers PCBs on very low prices even in small numbers compared to PCBExpress and PCB123.For instance 2 double sided PCBs (4" x 6") with solder mask costs about $14 per board (without the shipping costs from China).I wonder...
