Yes big boss 42db gain.. i was using 3 stage.. but in 3 rd stage transistor is going into saturation so i am getting 40-41db gain.. i just need one more db.. but i could not do it because of saturation..
Hi,I am designing PA which requires a transistor which should have fallowing specification
1)LDMOS
2)30-512Mhz frequency range
3)supply voltage 7.2v,current 1.2A
4)output power 5W
It should commercially available for me do fabrication. should get spice model(.net) for AWR tool for software...
Hi brother.. if possible can u tell me how did u stabilize u r transistor.. i am also using the same transistor for my design, i did stabilize my transistor.. but i am not getting high S21 which i need.. so if possible send me u r schematic to my mail id.. hkpradeepkumar@gmail.com.. i hope u...
Hi,i am designing a PA,Freq range 30-512MHz, supply voltage 7.5v,1.2A.Input power -5dbm(0.0316 micro watt), output power needed 5W. I am using coaxial transformers and baluns for matching. Because of very low input power i can not trigger my transistor.if i give 10dbm input everything works...
Hi,my self Pradeep doing M-Tech in RF comm.I have taken Power amplifier for my final sem project. It's specifications are Freq range 30-512Mhz, power supply is 7.5V and 1.2A. Input power -5dbm(0.316mW). output power is 5W. with this i also need to achieve IMD3,ACPR,NF etc. I am using AWR tool...
Hi,my self Pradeep doing M-Tech in RF comm.I know little bit of basics of RF and microwave ,now i have to gain additional knowledge in the field of RF and microwave so that it will help me in getting job.So please refer me some good books and website which will help me.How about ARRL handbook?
