if suppose base of Q1 transistor connected with Resistor R1 now tell me it's operation and uses briefly.I hope this time my problem will solve.

iam sure.i was confused when i saw the ckt b/c similar thing also come in my mind the base of Q1 was not connected.i talked to him he said no matter base is connected or not.still ckt work propely.:cry:

i dont understand its operation
i have a circuit it is Bicmos inverter in which Qp connected with R and R with QN and R2.Q1and Q2 BJTs connected serially and R2 .Qp is pfet and Qn is nfet .i cant understand it's function can any one explain me it's operation and where we use this circuit?

A Earth station has receiving Antenna gain is 40 db,Noise temp =60K
Satellite transmitting gain 6db,prog loss=190db
Brf=1mhz
Lp=190db,teq=60
f2=10db,
snr=20db
g1=20db
felna teq=250
Calculate...
