Thanks a lot for your reply. I've looked at those too, however these are a bit hard to get in Europe. Datasheet and S-parameters are great, but nothing about ordering samples.

Yes, I guess must engineers place 3 wilkinson splitters on the board. I just assumed there must be some of these out there as 3 splitters + y/4 can fill up some space on the board.

Alright, thanks for letting me know. I found out another 'trick'. I exported the gerber files and then opened them in a CAD application and then printed it out. Why in earth did the Agilent ADS people remove this function? It doesn't make much sense to me.

I am having trouble making a quaterwave transmission line on a microstrip when I use my MBEND in ADS. When I test on a straight transmission line I get of cause the correct result. If I try to put in some MBENDS in my schematic I hit the center frequency (3 GHz) smoothly IF the length...
BigBoss is absolutely right. It's hard to find a power divider with that range of that frequency. You most likely have to make it yourself with a lot of stages, but it won't be pretty. As tony says, it might be possible to use switches, but then again, I'm not sure if that is allowed in his project.
So there are several options here:
1. Find a decent MMIC within your frequency area and with HIGH P1dB. Then choose two of them to collect the gain you want (your 43 dBm/20W) and design them to be in series.
2. You could find a MMIC with HIGH gain (minimum 25 dBm) and design them in parallel...
Gain is not the issue as you can just put several MMIC (GaN/GaAs) in series. Try rather to look for P1dB for 37 dBm and your return loss. Do you have other specifications such as IP3 or NF?
