I am looking for 25-30 W (PEP OR CW) power modules for cellular bands (925-960, 1805-1880 and 2110-2170 MHz bands).
I used power modules from XEMOD but now they are discontinued. I have foud some amplifiers from Freescale that could fit my requirements, but the output is not matched to 50 ohms...
