differential input simulation

I simulate differential input, output amplifier without CMFB.
Because output impedance is high and there is not CMFB, output dc voltage goes
near VDD.
And, the AC simulation result is wrong.
How do you simulate Fully...

I designed DA with cascode structure.(see the attached file)
In two tone test, IM3 is 32dBc@4dBm(output power) (CMOS 0.18um, Vdd:1.8V)
I need IM3 >40dBc.

I also think Filter solutions is a very good program.
In Filter Solution Program, I can design bandpass filter and see the circuits easily.
But, it doesn't have the category about complex filters.
Do you know how to design the complex bandpass filter in Filter Solution...

In data sheet, Maximum RF Input power is 7dBm.
If RF Input power is 7dBm, the power amp still can have good linearity that satisfy CDMA Spec?

Inverting amplifier is a good solution if input impedance is high.
But, is it possible to make inverting amplifier in 1GHz?
