Why EU and US electronic company did not go to Vietnam!
In Vietnam, at Japanese company, 150$ for beginner, 200~300$ for skilled!
The salary is 3 times lower in domestic companies.
Software engineer earn a little higher.
If I use only some pins of development board, don't use pins will not in constrate file.
What happen if those pins connect to ouput pins of other device? Is it in HighZ state?
Please help me because I just begin in this side and I don't want to make my board broken.

I want to use AT28C256 EEPROM with ATmega8515 as external ram (read only of course, for LED display).
It seem that there isn't any problem with timing.

That kind of equipment is too expensive. Don't waste it for recycled ICs.

You should have 2 solder-irons. Put much solder to that IC, move your hand with both 2 iron quickly.
It is easy if that IC is not so big. (Except for BGA :D )
