    LVS Mal-formed device IBM 8rf

    Dear all, LVS reports an error "mal-formed device detected" on RF trible well nfet when I was making several symmetrical fets into one interdigitated one. If I change the nfet_tw with regular nfet, it is fine. Did anyone have the same problem before? thanks for help!! Hao

    Hi, I kind of have the same problem. If I modify the regular nfet, it is fine. but once I flatten RF fet, "mal-formed devices detected". So I wondered did you solve this problem after all? its been a while though. Thanks!
