Hi everyone,
I have designed a transformer where one of the windings is using USTC wire. Now, the transformer is required to apply UL60950, and I have to make a selection for electrical insulation system. However, I cannot find insulation system on UL web site that include USTC wire.
If...
Hi everyone,
I have a concept question about CDMA.
For the following problem:
two CDMA codes containing 1 and -1 values that do not allow the two receivers to extract the original transmitted bits from the two CDMA senders.
From the above condition, I consider that the cause of this problem...
Hi everyone,
I use a PQ core to build an inductor (one winding), but the resonant frequency is approaching to the minimum requirement. How can increase the self resonant frequency for the inductor?
Thanks!
Hi everybody,
I have a question about impedance response of tag antenna...
{How to define a good impedance response ?}
From the attached 1, the diagram of RHS had a good agreement comparing with that of LHS. Is it because the trendency of both impedance (resistance & reactance) are the same...
Hi everybody,
I'm not sure whether my calculation of vacuum box size is correct or not ?
my calculation:
my design is tag antenna in UHF (908.5 - 914 MHz)
v = f x λ
=>3e8 = 910e6 x λ
=>λ = 330mm
if my antenna size is 40(X) x 50(Y) x 1.6(Z) mm
then, the vacuum box size is:
[(λ/4) + edge of...
The setting of my tag antenna:
-Substrate:
40(X) x 50(Y) x 1.6(Z) mm; FR4_epoxy
(The antenna is located at the middle of the vacuum box)
-Vacuum Box:
80(X) x 80(Y) x 50(Z) mm; vacuum
-LumpPort:
16 + j380 {because my chip impedance is 16 - j380 (chip cannot be changed!)}
(Any...
Hi FvM,
Thanks for your suggestion. I had made an improvement after adjusting the dimension of patch. However, the diagram of return loss had an undesirable peak at the RHS of the frequency. What should I do to eliminate this peak?
Best Regards,
Guillaume
Hi all,
I'm now designing a UHF tag antenna with inductively coupling. For UHF band, the operating range of frequency is from 908MHz ~ 914MHz. However, from my simulation result of return loss - frequency, I found out that the minium point of return loss was left shifted (around 820MHz). How...
Hello everybody,
I have a case study about "Power supply for driving LED", so that I urgently want to find some related information about this, such as classification of type (eg AC to DC / DC to DC; rating etc), power supply driving circuits and requirements of certificate. Can anybody help...
Hello,
I find difficultly in solving transformation of RGB to YUV.
Actually, I don't know what is relationship between RGB (YUV) and the composite video signal (VR & VB).
How to use Y,U,V three equations to find VR,VB and two weighting factors for U & V. Can anyone teach me?
Best...
