Data Sheets Request
Hi,
Can anyone help me at finding datasheets of of RF3000, Rf3002 and RF2958. those are wireless LAN chipsets from RFMD, and i can't find data sheets for them on the RFMD website.

usb cable circuit model
Hi,
Can anyone tell me where to get USB cable circuit model for simulation with the analog interface of the USB transceiver.
Websites, books,ideas,,,etc are all welcomed.
thanx in advance,

Hi,
There is a very good tutorial for layout and layout Plus in IC50 documentation called "Cell Design Tutorial", i highly recommend it as a start,
index:
* Copying the Tutorial Database
* Starting the Cadence Software
* Opening Designs
* Displaying the mux2 Layout
* Setting...
Hi,
I have A M S Hit Kit ver 3.51 for c@dence IC5032, i got a proper FL*X LM license file for some processes in the CD but unfortunately not the key of the process i need, the tar files are encrypted with des as well!
can anyone help to generate keys for the process i need in the CD?!!
thanks in...
Hi,
Passive biasing is still used widely in biasing of discrete circuits and transistors, it depends on the voltage division using resistors potential divider, its main advantage is the simplicity of biasing, yet the main disad is the high sensitvity to supply variation, as it directly depends...
Hi,
Below is the recommended OS patches for Linux by cadence customer support, but anyway i don think it is an OS problem.

In Europe GSM900 is a very coomon cellular system, the band is Rx:(935-960MHz) and Tx:(890-915MHz).
In the states The PCS1900 is the common band, it is a GSM system but on a different frequency band (1850-1910 MHz and 1930-1990)
RF Range Finding
Hi,
Can any one help with resources about RF range finding and proximity detection.
I need e-books, websites, or any useful advice to start with.

Re: CDMA : how to??
Hi,
The rand() function generates a random number uniformally distributed between [0,1] according to the state of the matlab seed, at any time you can set the seed generator to a fixed value by rand('state',j) where j is an integer value, by default the seed generator is set...
good answer for CMOS output impedance, inspite of you should have talked about the output impedance in both the triode region and the saturation(active) region.
well buddy, can you tell us why the conversion gain for a double balanced active mixer is 4dB less than the expected value for the same...
Hi Littlemmx,
Well as you are designing a downconverter system with the frequency plan you mentioned, i guess you shouldn't worry about the RF and LO feedthrough to IF, they are nearlly 1 decade away from the IF, with a simple passive-LC filter at the IF output you can get 40dB attenuation of RF...
Hi,
In such cases, I used to put an Initial Condition (IC) on the oscillator tank, when transient simulation starts the IC represents a disturbance in the oscillator that can trigger the oscillation, but you should take care not to set the IC value too far from the expected DC value of the node...
