Hi Techi, you may find the attached paper useful. It reports the dielectric constant and loss tangent of photopaper. Note that the reported values are functions of the curing conditions (heating the paper in oven after inkjet printing).

Nothing of those are free. If you have really good module, you can sell it to companies, or start your own. Don't expect finding free one unless it is not that good.

So I guess for what you described, it is more appropriate to use driven model not eigen values. If you describe your problem more clearly, I guess I can help

Ansoft is known by their bad tutorials. So, you have to do much of stuff on your own. However, they have good support, so if you tell them your problem, they can largely help.

Don't worry about the Boundary overlap. Just make sure the more critical one is defined later. So it is kinda a priority sequence. The one defined later dominates.
