    What about RA03M4547MD from Mitsubishi. You have nice margins at input and output, gain is regulated, it's mismach-load protected. Disadvantages? Price.

    It's not possible to have phase matched antenna system within 500-200=300MHz bandwidth in UHF. Some frequencies will be attenuated.

    AISG Testing Signal generator, and ocsilloscope. It's enough for low frequency signals.
