Do you know how to have an angled traces at 3 degrees from one trace to another? I don't know how it can be done in 2007, i can only change to AA(any angle mode) but can't find a way to put 3 degrees?

I have a very good experience with PADS, and have been using DX Designers for last few months, but i am very well versed with PADS, let me know if you ares till looking for someone?
I am using DX DEsigner Schematic version EE7.9, when i do package, all my values for resistors changes from Lets say 1.2K ohm to 12000 ohm, and same goes for capacitors. How do i change the setting to keep it same way as i have started with 1.2K. I am new to Dx Designer. Thanks
