there is a better EDA tools( GoldenGate) to simulate the harmonic , this tools can save much time than pss of spectre. anyone use it ?
usually, use the same input power, high gain or low gain is just your controll mode. it is nothing to do with the input power.
if you simulation your circuit, input power chose -55dbm from -45dbm at 50 ohms input impedence.
Hi all:
My circuit need a driving buffer because it not drive a larger capacitive load, it need to drive a 400f F capacitive load with 2.4GHz frequency,
because frequency is very high, so structure of buffer need as simple as possible, please gvie me a design scheme.
